An Appeal to True Christians: Against the Inversion of Faith and the Great Betrayal From Within

We live in a time of confusion, a time of great deception. And perhaps the most dangerous element of this era is not the declared enemy of Christianity. It is the false Christian—he who bears the name of Christ, but rejects Him in deed.

The danger is not outside the walls of the Church. The greatest danger is inside. For Christ was not betrayed by a Roman. He was betrayed by Judas, one of His own.

Today, we see the exact same betrayal taking place on a vast scale.

I. They Call Themselves Christians, But Are Not

The Christian faith is not built on feelings, trends, or shifting cultural winds. It is built on truth—on a fixed, eternal moral law, revealed by God Himself and fulfilled in Jesus Christ.

Christianity is not a matter of opinion. It is a matter of obedience. You cannot be a Christian while rejecting Christ’s commandments. You cannot love Him and despise His Law.

📖 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven.” — Matthew 7:21
📖 “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” — John 14:15

These are not obscure issues or secondary doctrines. They are moral foundations, and the rejection of them is a rejection of Christ Himself.

A Christian cannot support, excuse—or deny the sinful nature of—the following and remain in communion with Christ:

  • The killing of the unborn through abortion
  • Marrying outside the Christian faith
  • Rejecting the sacredness of chastity, purity, and marital fidelity
  • Promoting or endorsing same-sex “marriage”
  • Treating baptism, the sacraments, the Eucharist, Confession, and the entire liturgical life of the Church as symbolic and optional
  • Advocating the destruction of nations and God-given order through mass migration
  • Embracing moral relativism under the guise of “tolerance”
  • Supporting usury, now disguised as modern interest-based lending

They have been condemned as sins by the Orthodox Church, the Holy Fathers, and the councils for two thousand years.

Those who knowingly deny the sinfulness of these acts, and lead others to do the same, make themselves active enemies of Christ. You cannot call yourself His disciple while blessing the works of Satan.

There is a sacred difference between falling into sin and seeking repentance, and denying that sin is sin at all. One keeps the door to Christ open through humility. The other slams it shut through pride.

📖 “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil. Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! — Isaiah 5:20-21

II. The Enemy Now Speaks Through the Mouths of False Christians

A new and more subtle enemy has emerged—not the one who mocks Christ, but the one who uses Christ’s name to destroy His teaching.

These false Christians are used by the world as tools.
When anyone defends the sacred order—of life, family, sacrament, and nation—the enemies of truth point to them and say:

“But look at these other Christians. They support abortion. They support same-sex marriage. They support multiculturalism. You are a minority voice."

📖 “Even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.” — 2 Corinthians 11:14
📖 “They will have a form of godliness, but deny its power. From such turn away.” — 2 Timothy 3:5

The enemies of truth no longer need to attack the Church directly.
They point to those who wear the Christian name, yet deny Christian teaching—and say:

“This is Christianity now.”

They no longer shout ‘Crucify Him.’ They whisper, ‘We have redefined Him.’ And in doing so, they crucify Him anew—not with nails, but with lies.

And millions believe them.

This is why our nations fall. This is why true Christianity cannot rise. The name of Christ has been profaned.

III. The Path Forward: Speak the Truth, Even If You Stand Alone

Christians must now awaken to the tactics of the Devil. His goal is not merely to oppose Christ—but to impersonate Him. To distort His commandments under the appearance of love, tolerance, and inclusion. To make sin seem holy, and holiness seem hateful.

This cannot be fixed by institutions alone.
This requires an organic uprising of truth—a movement of conviction, obedience, and sacrifice.
The saints did not wait for permission to stand. Neither should you.

You must begin to resist. First in your own mind—then in your home, then in your community, then in your nation.

Stop ignoring the contradictions.
Stop calling it "nuance" when it is rebellion.
Stop letting false Christians redefine your faith in front of your eyes.

But in your zeal for truth, do not forget mercy. Many who support wickedness in Christ’s name do so not out of hatred for God, but out of ignorance, deception, or misguided compassion. Some would, if clearly confronted with the reality of Christ’s teachings, choose Him over the evil they now support—but they must understand: they cannot have both. For no one can serve two masters.

As Christ Himself did not hesitate to rebuke the Pharisees—those who distorted the faith while claiming to guard it—so too must we expose and reject those who now bear His name while undermining His teaching (cf. Matthew 23). For just as they shut the gates of the Kingdom in others' faces, so too do today’s false Christians mislead entire nations under the banner of a Christ they no longer follow.

📖 “Whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him the Son of Man will be ashamed.” — Luke 9:26

📖 "Whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple." — Luke 14:27

You were not born to blend in. You were born to bear the Cross.

Let your faith cost you something. Let it set you apart. Let it break your heart and remake your soul.
For He is coming—and He will not be mocked.
